The slightly temperamental weather outside couldn't keep our teams away from this weeks Question One Quiz! We had some real big hitters in and it really was anyone's guess as to whom would come out on top. There were plenty of serious expressions and stony faces on show tonight from our wise participants but none stonier than the statue of The Thinker, which our teams knew was created by Auguste Rodin. From stone to metal, some of our clever teams hissed to each other in hushed tones, stating that a copperhead was a type of snake and without meaning to 'dig out' the older generations, a couple of teams correctly answered that Spades were the highest ranking suit in a game of bridge. Previous victors from weeks back, No.42 won it by a whisker with 37.5 (the next team, Let's Get Quizzical scoring 36.5) and masters of the wine league TBC grabbed the second last prize for a second week running with 19!
