I have to agree with one of the evening's quizzers, who commented simply, "I like it here, it's cozy." Indeed it is. The upstairs snug of The Green Man (AKA The Orchard Room) is a perfect—and perfectly cozy—venue for a Tuesday night quiz. Or, as a cartographer might have it, Location, location, location. This is no coincidence. Tonight's quiz did come with certain geographic nuances, with maps and rivers playing their parts. This culminated in an out-of-this-world tie break question in which the Singles and the Aguileras went head to head on the geography of our solar system (namely, how many moons it has). The Singletons took it, claiming the pot, while Magna Farta's took home a bottle of wine for coming second to last. As always, hope to all your friendly faces again soon.
