Having just moved into Chalfont St Peter, "The Cooper Clan" joined in this evening's quiz and gained a full expose to not only a totally un-PC quiz but also their new neighbours in the form of the "Dysfunctional Family", the "Desperados", "Useless" et al. The team names say it all! A warm welcome however to a village full of characters.

To the prizes. The evening's £40 bar and food voucher first prize went to "Chipsted" who narrowly fought off "The Bees" and "Not Sorry We're Late Anymore" by a single point. The quizmaster did his best to give the £20 bar and food voucher prize for coming second last to "Useless" only to find that he hadn't recorded the score of "Thorzina" who embarrassingly were, in fact, the actual winners!?!? Ah well, worse things happen at sea. In terms of the rolling Jackpot cash prize currently at £52.50, the "Desperados" incredibly once again won the opportunity to draw from the seven remaining Jackpot envelopes, but in selecting envelope number 4 and rather like all their answers to rapper related questions, picked the wrong one. So the Jackpot cash prize increases to £72 and rolls over to next weeks Quiz Night at The Jolly Farmer on Tuesday 10th April; 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start (which would be a first).
