Yes, the female member of this duo named their team "Go on John!" Needless to say he did, and she had to be taken him home prematurely! Otherwise the evening was a tale of two halves; not the quiz halves, but the prizes. Four teams scored in the 30's and competed for the £40 first prize with the purposely named "I'm an Idiot" (so the quizmaster had to say it) prevailing by 2 points over "Pork Scratchings" and "Living the Dream" and a further point over "The Bee's". The remaining four teams fought over the £20 prize for coming second last. The premature departure of "Go on John!" proved to be good fortune for "Aus Abroad", otherwise the prize would have gone to team "MJ".

"Aus Abroad" had further good fortune in winning the opportunity to draw from the remaining four Jackpot envelopes and were congratulated for winning ……………. a bag of crisps. So the Jackpot cash prize increases to £145 and rolls over to next weeks quiz on Tuesday 24th September with only three envelopes left. Will it be won? You've got to be in it to win it.
