Is it a monopoly or ar cartel?

It's definitely a monopoly as "living the dream" and "Chalfont Ladies" for the second week running collected the £40 and £20 bar voucher prizes respectively for coming first and second to last. A cartel would suggest they had similar resources and skills in reference to trivia knowledge, which without wishing to sound unkind, they don't. That said "Chalfont" Ladies" definitely have an unusual if not unique skill in coming second last, but for the life of me, I cannot identify what it is. They are however most delightful participants.

With only two Jackpot envelopes left there was a very good chance of the £161 cash prize going this evening. The team coming last, "Two Feet" proffered three possible answers for the 'closest to' question, one of which was only one off the answer and would have seen them choose from the two envelopes, but when put under pressure went for the wrong, one, thus allowing "Living the Dream" to go for a clean sweep. Although they were congratulated on being a winner having selected envelope number 2, it was only of a bag of crisps, So, the Jackpot cash increases to £175 and rolls over to next week's quiz on Tuesday 8th October when it will definitely be won!!!
