Hold the front page as "Neighbours" win for the first time!

Although the breaking news referred to in the above headline should feature on the front page of all tomorrow's papers, it will more than likely only get a mention in the local Village Voice mag; Oh and probably tomorrow's school assembly. Well done Miss. In summary, I'm not sure quite what happened this evening. Neighbours who normally feature around the bottom and more often than not are bottom, led after the first half of the quiz and held off previous winners "Onwards and Upwards" and "Pork Scratchings!" to ultimately win and take the £40 bar voucher first prize. As the "Pork Scratchings!" team contains a Cambridge graduate and the "Neighbours" team contains an under five's school teacher, there's probably a moral here somewhere regarding our education system, but I'm still trying to work it out! Even without "Neighbours", there was stiff competition for the evening's £20 bar voucher prize for coming second last. A tiebreaker was needed to separate the "Chalfont Ladies" and "We're too humble for that!" with the former prevailing.

With only three jackpot envelopes remaining there was a good chance of the £131 cash prize going this evening. Everyone answered the closest to question with great expectation. First timers "Save a tree, eat a beaver" proved to be the most knowledgeable on how many Premier League games played by Frank Lampard and went on to select envelope number 8, revealing them to be the WINNERS OF THE £131CASH PRIZE. Fantastic and great evening.
