Twelve teams came to the Hollybush in Loughton this Sunday, getting into the warm and avoiding the Christmas shopping! It was only food, fun and a few drinks for our players and no need for trolley dashes and stress! Today felt like a numbers game; some of our teams all sixes (but not sevens), correctly stating that it would be six points added to your license if you were caught driving after being disqualified! Some of the more musically minded players only took a hot minute in answering that the Picture Question band formed in LA in 1998 were 30 seconds to Mars. Finally, some teams might have felt they were living on a prayer but lots managed to guess that '45' is indeed 'halfway there' in Bingo! Regulars 'Just the 4 of Us' have won free drinks, bottles of wine but never the £50 Jackpot... until tonight that is! They scored a memorable 34 points to take the top prize and complete the prize treble. Last Post FC grabbed the wine with 17 points but there's still a £153.00 Jackpot to play for.
