They are fast amassing a superb quizzing record at The Hare and Billet, and that form was again in evidence tonight for the mighty 'The Tabasco Fiasco'. With three teams tied in second on 30 points ('The Chris Palmer Trio', 'State Of Quizlam' and 'Pip-Pip'), 'The Tabasco Fiasco' were a healthy dash too spicy for that opposition, taking the £50 bar tab first prize with an excellent winning score of 34 points. Amongst the field, there was a closer competition for that other much-prized mantle of coming second last. In the end, that dubious honour went to Table 20, who bagged a bottle of wine for their 18 point effort!
