There was a superb display of quizmanship at The Hare and Billet this evening, as regulars and multiple former winners 'Tranquil 6' dominated proceedings. With 'The Honey Badgers' in third on 33 and 'The Chris Palmer Trio' taking the runners-up spot on 34, 'T6' took home the £50 bar tab first prize with an absolutely stunning 42 points, a full 8 points ahead of the field. Superlative quizzing. A mere 29 points behind them, 'Eastern Delight and No Brexit!!' were joint last on 13, so the prize for 2nd last went to a quick-fire tie-breaker. In the end, 'Eastern Delight' were quicker on the draw, and they took home a voucher for a bottle of wine for their efforts.
