There was another utter fiasco at The Hare and Billet quiz tonight, but in a good way. The arena for SE3 finest pub quiz was packed to the rafters, with no tables to spare, so with this much competition it would take a team of great quality to win out. In the end, it was The Tabasco Fiasco who once again earned that mantle, taking home the £50 bar tab first prize with an excellent total of 34 points. TTF’s nearest challengers this evening were Lock Chasers, only 2 points behind in 2nd on 32, and old hands Slartibartfast took the honour of 3rd on 31. As one team DNF, that meant the much-prized award for coming second-from-bottom went to The Ginners, who took home a voucher for a bottle of wine for the feat of putting together a grand total of 20 points.
