As always some great team names at The Eagle in Hoxton last night. "Killing Time During Purdah", "Lord Such Where Are You When Needed" and my favourite, "Donald And The Giant Impeachment"! All great team names and all very topical.
A busy quiz as ever on a Wednesday evening with fourteen teams doing battle for a cash prize of £122.
Last week's winning team "R L F C" didn't give a repeat performance despite being in joint first place at the half-way point. The winning team was a team new to The Eagle "It's Rebekah Vardey's Quiz Team" which consisted of six ladies and one man. This new team won with a three point lead over the second placed team, despite losing one point for being a team of seven people.
