In a tough quiz this week at the Devonshire, a team that turned up for speed-dating found they had the general knowledge needed to storm into the lead and get their hands on a £50 bar tab, rather than a new friend to take home that evening. It was close for second place but aptly named Partycle 50 celebrated Theresa May's deal being voted down with a bottle of wine for their valiant efforts, despite the one point fine for an extra team member.

Honourable mention goes out to the highest scoring team with two people, Tobanda, who might have won with a score of 31 at another quiz and also Val Quizere, just for their team name — they leave for ski trips next week, by the way.

Some teams may have felt robbed in the bonus drinks questions — don't worry, we'll have the slo-mo replay ready for next week — but everyone went home happy, including, and especially, Sounds of Fatness who bagged this week's giant jackpot of £88 by getting very close to the right answer in the closest-to question.
