Despite a soggy night and amid disastrous rail connections, five teams made it out for the quiz tonight at the Woodsman.
It was a convivial crowd with a varied group of all ages and origins.
Dinomax joined as at the last minute, and were in joint first place at half time, but a strong effort from The Vineyards and Team! knocked them down the ranks. Some solid quizzing from 118 ensured they didn't go home empty and they took the wine of shame in 2nd to last. The entertainment was supplied by Frank's fillies, who's whose canine antics were enjoyed by all.
But the winners once again, were Team! with a great score of 36 to claim the £50 bar tab, and bragging rights for another week.
Great crowd, with a lovely support crew at the bar, made a good night for all. Home to see you all next week!
