It was a night to be sociable this evening, with many regular teams bringing along new quizzers in the form of friends and loved ones. It'd be sweet if it wasn't for the purpose of blowing the other teams out of the water and finishing on top! Many gained inspiration from their teammates, knowing that Greek Mythology had it's own muses, in the form of the nine goddesses of the arts. Nobody was taking this Quiz laying down, a good number of our entrants answering that the low upholstered seat without a back or arms was called an Ottoman and with a majority getting 30 and over, World Quizzing Champion (and star of Eggheads) Kevin Ashman would've been proud of his very own Eggheads! This Pub Used To Be Well Dodgy won with 37 1/2 points, just beating their nearest neighbour by 2 1/2, and Sandi Genuine won the wine, beating Wight Knights in a play off with 30 points! With £63 Jackpot to be won next week, it'd be wise to grab some friends, have some food and fight it out to be the Champions of the Star Of The East... for one week at least!
