Tiny Succulent Sausages Win With An Absolute Banger!

It was a busy, bustling night at the Star of the East Pub and (of course) pretty much everyone was there to take part in the Quiz! One team managed to signal that Ariel was the first Disney Princess to have a child, young Melody in The Little Mermaid II: Return To The Sea. Thankfully, nobody felt prickly that 'a hedgehog' was the answer to 'What is a baby Hoglet?' and with every team getting over 20 points, it was an evening to raise a glass of the wine that California is the best known for producing... which was, of course, Chardonnay. Satisfyingly, Bad Idea (whose friends had left them to it this evening) managed to snaffle a bottle of white wine all to themselves with 23 points and Tiny Succulent Sausages proved that they were no small fry, bagging the first place bar tab with 38 points. Booking a table in advance for next Tuesday is strongly advised- but even if you don't, turning up is an absolute must with a £230 jackpot on offer!
