Tiebreakers and Elusive Jackpots

It was certainly an exciting night at The Station Hotel tonight, as teams came out for the quiz and a shot at the huge cash jackpot. Throughout the quiz, we learned about black holes and plumbums, and discussed cats in films. There were so many smart teams, which is evidenced by the crowd at the top: we had a tie for first place and two other teams who were just one point behind. But it was "The Knightingales" who scored the tiebreaker and went home with the top prize. The big story tonight was the cash jackpot which is growing bigger every week. Tonight we had a stumble right at the first card, meaning Mario from "Dave's Big Night Out" went home empty-handed. We'll have to try again next week when the jackpot grows to over £300!
