N Y E Back On Winning Form.

"N Y E" a three, four or even sometimes a five-person team is a very successful quiz team! At The Spice of Life weekly quiz, this team has triumphed on more than one occasion but when I greeted the team members last night they seemed a bit down.
The week previously, this team had been knocked off the top three places and ended up being fifth or sixth so no prize and no glory.
This can happen perhaps when the team members have had an extra hard time at work or perhaps are just not feeling 100%. Happens to all of us but when a team gets used to being somewhere near the top I suppose being nearer the bottom is difficult to accept. Anyway, last night the tide had clearly turned because "N Y E" was back to winning form leading the pack at the finish two clear points ahead of the next team!
