Every Picture Tells A Story!

The answer I don't think so, but some folks think that they are and so there is always a frisson of excitement when the picture sheets are handed out. Last night at The Spice of Life one of the picture questions obviously got the creative juices flowing as there was at least one alternative suggestion as to the correct interpretation of the "Dingbat".
The picture on the sheet showed a sheep with little circles on it each circle containing the word "Gags". The answer given was "The jokes on you (ewe)" - get it! However, one team suggested the word gag might mean to stop someone making noise and so "Silence of the lambs" was the answer. Quizmaster Richard Linton liked the answer but as the sheep was clearly an adult, didn't see how this answer would work. Most people agreed but even had this creative team gained an extra point, in the end, it would have made no difference to the final result.
