N Y E is a very successful quiz team with many wins to it's credit. Recently though, things haven't been so good and there have been some weeks in which N Y E hasn't featured as a high scoring team at all. Last night a slightly augmented team of 7 persons making up N Y E managed to finish with a convincing win at least three points clear of the second placed team.
There were also two tie-break contests, one for the second and third place and the last to decide which team would go home with a bottle of wine for being second to last!
Cheeky Girls Touch My Bum won the wine whilst L G Q team of just two players finished in second place and Low Funcionaios Locos third.
Best team name of the evning definitely "Prince Andrew nonstitutional Crisis.
No quizzing at The Spice next Tuesday (10th December), but final quiz before Christmas and the last quiz of 2019 will be in two weeks on the 17th December - see you there!
