My first time at The Ram pub in Kingston… a sultry evening by the Thames with a young crowd who like to make the most of a Sunday night out. Football fans from all over the world, taking a few moments out to challenge their minds and hopefully win the £50 food and drink voucher that would give them a free dinner and pint to wash it all down.

Thank you to all the regulars for making me feel so welcome… it’s not always easy stepping in for another quizmaster, as we all become friends along the way… a familiar face to crack a joke with, beg for clues and debate the answers (The quizmaster is always right btw… dem are the rules apparently) on a weekly basis, and that is what I love about being a quizmaster… the social aspect and a bit of banter.

Hopefully, I’ll catch up with you all again soon, but until then, have a great week and summer. Have fun as much as possible, because this will be the only summer of 2018 you’ll ever enjoy.
