"Making Quizzing Great Again" For The 3rd Week In A Row!

A fascinating set of results this week with three teams scoring in the 30's, only one team with a score in the 20's and the remaining six teams all scoring in the teens. I'm not quite sure what that suggests. I could pass an opinion, but think it probably best to keep my opinions to myself!

Albeit under different guises previously, team "Make Quizzing Great Again" are doing their best to achieve just that by taking the £40 bar and food voucher, first prize for the third week running! Come on quizzers of the Chalfont's, they need some competition! With the likes of the "Desperados" and "The Au Pairs" back again after a leave of absence (lovely to see you all again) along with regulars "Neighbours" and three other new teams, competition for coming second last to win the £20 bar voucher prize was intense with only 3 points separating all six teams. "Belle's Girls", who we initially thought could be overall winners, ultimately prevailed.

Another new team, "We're only Second Bottom" won the opportunity to draw for the weekly rolling Jackpot cash prize of £45.00 but regretfully selected envelope number 3, so the Jackpot increases to £63 and rolls over to next week's Quiz Night at The Jolly Farmer on Tuesday 16th October; 7 pm for a 7.30 pm start!
