"Barney Rubble" came home this evening!

With a boisterous group of quizzers this evening at The Jolly Farmer, we just about got finished by closing time! With a difference of 26 points separating the top and bottom teams, It has to be said the scoring has been better. "Barney Rubble" however scored a very creditable 34 points to take the £40 bar and food voucher first prize, three points clear of "Quizlamic State".

"Smelly Cats" and "Amar", our two teams with an international contingent should have contested a tiebreak to settle the outcome of the £20 bar and food voucher second prize for the second least points, but "Smelly Cats" took the prize by default as "Amar" departed prematurely!! A sad farewell to the two team members of "Smelly Cat" (they are au pairs) who are returning home tomorrow; we've very much enjoyed your company and hopefully we'll see you again sometime.
