The question we all want an answer to next week is, was it a successful "2nd Date"?

Naturally we cannot speculate on the entire evening, but as far as the quiz was concerned, I would suggest a yes was the answer in that "2nd Date" won two prizes. Firstly they took the £20 bar voucher 2nd prize for coming second last and then won the opportunity to select from the six remaining Jackpot envelopes for the £150 cash prize, so it could have been a real Jackpot for "2nd Date"!!! The male member of the team boldly selected - as you would on your 2nd date - envelope number 7 revealing they'd won a bag of crisps, which although a bit of an anti-climax (must find a more suitable word in the edit), we did however establish the delightful young lady prefers bottom-up as opposed to top-down, which could be useful intel for later!

As opposed to reciting for the umpteenth time how "Against all odds" were winners of this weeks £40 bar voucher first prize, the above tale about "2nd Date" got me thinking of how Gary might parody the lyrics of the well know Frank Sinatra song, Love and Marriage. As opposed to 'Love and marriage, love and marriage, they go together like a horse and carriage, let me get you started Gary with 'Rose and Gary, Rose and Gary, they go together like a Klopp and Mane - you take it from there kidda; we could have a hit on our hands!.

Anyway, sarcasm and innuendo aside, we all had a pleasant and convivial evening and we do it all again next week. Same time, same place on Wednesday 4th December.
