Tonight’s quiz at The Hare and Billet was a relatively low-scoring event, with just two teams out of twelve managing to score in the thirties over the course of 40 questions. That did not make it any less of a close contest, and in the end it was You’re A Quizzard, Obi (Obi being their very well-behaved dog) who took home the £50 bar tab first prize with a total of 33 points. They were only one point ahead of 2nd placed Taste The Strength (32), with 3rd place going to Travelistas a good few points further back on 28. The prize for 2nd last also saw a lot of competition, and that mantle tonight went to Dr Drunkenstein who picked up a voucher for a bottle of wine for achieving a 22 point tally.
