Well done, can We Have The Wine? it wasn't the prize you were after, but I wish I'd caught your faces when you realised that you had actually, you know, won. You may not have realised, but you put in an absolutely stonking second half. In fact everyone made a fantastic contribution to the evening: The team called - well, this is a family blog, so, let's just call them the team placed second, taught me how to pronounce their name, and warmed the room with their vivacity, while The Lorries were gracious to admit I'd had a fair stab at theirs; Livin .....brought us all up to date, and Agfatha Quizteam came up with a quiz related team name I have genuinely not come across before. I'm glad I don't judge that one. In the meantime those (insert the number you first thought of) Lonely Guys are slipping quietly, while no-one's looking, up the field...
