... at least amongst the team names, failed to stop School Night winning tonight on their first ( and I do hope not their only) outing. from larks in the corner, with Aerosexuals, The Challenged and Fruit and Nut chaffering away at each other, to the irrepressibly cute spaniel which won the fewer bitches best team name, from the Potter-named families to the bunches of mates, from the hiders behind pillars to the perches in windows, this is turning into a lovely, warm, cheery event, with a decent turnout ensuring that the first prize ( the whole entry subs, no less) is worth playing for. Add to that a free drink question, some prizes for sheer invention, and the fact that we've got a bar pretty much to ourselves, and a kitchen to keep us fed, it's a really happy Monday. And you don't get many of those.
