The mega jackpot saga continues!

Another week has gone and still the jackpot remains. The gigantic cash prize, now £779, rolls over to next week. More on that in a sec.

The quiz itself was a tight affair with plenty of teams arriving on the 35 or 37.5 marks but 'Sounds of Fatness' domination continues as they add another victory to their busy trophy cabinet. But they only won by one point from upstarts 'The Smithdown Aquarium', who took their second bottle of wine in as many weeks — how long will it be until they claim their maiden victory?

But both teams will be back next week to try and win more — that mahoosive jackpot! Tonight, it was close, with just three cards left to pick out a Queen. 'Help Us, We're Poor' came extremely close to the answer with their Goonies knowledge (or maybe it was a complete guess), but extremely close wasn't good enough to find the elusive Queen who refuses to be found.

Either way, the jackpot will be won in the next two weeks. Just two cards remain, so the team that wins the 'closest-to' question will have a 50% chance of walking away with three-quarters of a grand, and if they don't, whoever comes closest the following week WILL win the lot, which could be well over £800 by then.
