So fine. A quiz was held. Yep. A quiz was won. Yep. But the jackpot -- which was the reason everyone was there -- was NOT won. Sad times, ladies and gentlemen. But not for those of you who want to come and play next week.

The gargantuan jackpot of £716 went unclaimed for another week so it gets even more gargantuan for what will be the second highest ever total (I say ever, I actually mean, since I've been running tings) of £808. Jeepers.

Well, that is worth playing for. And all the teams will be taking advantage of whatever superstitious beliefs they have.

One of those teams was Sacred Toledo who have a formula for winning said jackpot. All they need to do is win the quiz and have one of their daughters playing who selects the jackpot card. They had two of those and but came second closest to the closest-to. Sad news for them. But they will be back again next week.

For General Erection, they probably spent too much deliberating and picked out another wrong card. I'm personally wondering whether it can be won. Well, the answer to that is YES. Of course. There's still a Queen on that board and there's a choice of two. It has to be won. It will be won.
