Teens Triumph!

At the Devonshire Arms regular Monday evening quiz last night, six teams did battle to win either a £50 bar voucher or a bottle of wine. Two free drink prizes were also on offer.
There were some new faces at the quiz and one of the teams was made up of local students, the team which ended up winning the quiz by one point, even though one point had been deducted for the number of team members.
Looking around all the teams had predominantly younger players and a couple of questions relating to older films or television programmes caused some scratching of heads but the youngest team not only triumphed but also claimed both free drink prizes - won by the same team member!
