This week 15 teams took to the floor for battle over our £50 bar tab! After many a valiant effort our overall winners were, with a whopping score of 44, Quiz Dickinson.

With an early exit from Cobb Squad at the half way mark, our final second to last winners were 673 - and the happy recipients of a bottle of wine!

After some confusing wording, we all established that the former female actor who was the most googled person of 2018 was Meghan Markle for being a former actress (a female actor), not a former female now male.. Grammar gets us again!! - It’s all in a misplaced comma!!

This week nobody brought their dogs to the quiz, and honestly, I’m less than impressed. For future reference, Kat likes her a poochie!!

In other news, we had new recruits in our cohort who had found us via a google search for the best quizzes in West London.. I can only hope we lived up to our reputation; I am, of course, in my entirely biased opinion, inclined to agree - we are the best quiz in town. Prove me wrong.

An utter pleasure to have so many new faces this week - and a reminder, that, as ever, win or lose, you are all the winners of my love and affection, and that teams, as we all know, is priceless.
