After a long stint of climbing the scoreboard, and seven months at bat, the time finally came for me to say that this weeks winners are The Lancaster Raiders, with a very impressive score of 41 points, and the very happy claimants of the £50 bar tab (which, if you do the maths, I suspect they have paid for many times over by now!!)

It brings me great joy to see hard work and resilience finally pay off for the Raiders and feel like one very proud #mamahenhost!

It was a shame to miss many of our regulars this week and we hope to see them back again soon, but a pleasure as always to welcome lots of shiny happy new faces to the fold, including newcomers 3 Bitches and a Dog, who won themselves a cheeky bottle of wine for coming second to last with a very respectable 27 points!

However, as ever your weekly reminder that win or lose, you are all the winners of my love and affection, and that teams, as we all know, is priceless!!
