Replacement Buses Serve Win, Otters Pocket Nothing

It was a very close contest this evening at The Bohemia, as two teams were tied at the top after forty questions worth of regulation quizzing. Replacement Bus Service and Otter’s Pocket were both on 35 points, with their closest challengers being 20/20 Quizzion on 33, and Comfortably Average on 32. Therefore, tonight’s epic contest had to be decided by a numerical tiebreaker question, and, although they had never won a tiebreaker previously here, Replacement Bus Service didn’t go off the rails this time. They were closest to the correct answer and took home a richly-deserved £50 bar tab first prize.
The prize for second last tonight went to pairing J&A, who picked up a consolatory bottle of white wine for scraping together 22 points.
