Fountains Have Wine, Queems & Sodds Share Silver, Robbers Add To Golden Haul

All I can say is a very high-quality night's quizzing again. Tonight's quiz was full of tough competitors, and every team in The Bohemia tonight posted at least a decent score: even last-placed former winners 'Straight Outta Craggy' managed a not-disastrous 27 points. The consolatory wine for second last was nabbed by 'Fountain Of Knowledge' with a not-bad-at-all 29 points.

Then in 3rd we had 'Katatonia' on 31 and joint second on 32 were 'Quizby Queems' and 'Odds & Sodds', so the regulars were below their usual high standard but by no means a bad scoring evening for any of them.

However, 'The Sockrobbers' dominated proceedings with a 40 point haul. Don't get me wrong: this team are beatable and have lost out many many times here before, and it is worth your while coming to The Bohemia to pit your wits against them. But they are currently going through a very purple quiz-patch indeed, and this evening's £50 golden bar ticket deservedly goes their way.
