Eh? took the gold in a packed house at the Wigmore on Monday evening, with an impressive 40 points. The honours for second-to-bottom went to The Seasiders, whose entry in the creative round was judged 'adorable' by the bar staff (even though it didn't win)!
The creative round was actually won by Sheltering From The Rain. Teams were challenged to come up with a fictional brewery, name & describe 3 beers, & draw a pump clip. SFTR's punnishly named "Swigmore Brewery" netted them the bonus points.
Free drinks & bonus points went to Sheltering From The Rain in round 1, & The Canucks in round 2, while Lockhart won themselves a bonus point for the funniest wrong answer (they had several which made the quizmaster giggle).....
