2nd quiz week in a row went to Deadlock and Serious Quinness pulls through the win the last quiz of 2019!

It was a night to remember to see off the last pub quiz of 2019 in style tonight at the White Hart in Crystal Palace. we had a total on the night of 39 players in total separated into 10 different group of teams it was so big that we used to whole pub so everyone was just about okay to run the quiz. Our quizzers this week were put to the test with guessing Company Names from this weeks Crypic theme and also TV Shows category in this weeks Anagram question. Then ranged from knowing Disney, Film, Drama, Sports and a whole lot more categories in the world of general knowledge. At the end of the night, (which was a lot of fun and games throughout the evening with a lot of laughter and alcohol!), our winners for 2nd to last (Bottle of Wine prize) went to the team of Turkey Dinner. Then, which was not part of the script for the second week in a row, we went to deadlock for a breakthrough question. then last minute our lovely lady representative won the last £50 bar and food tab of 2019 for the winners which are named Serious Quiznness. Our team The WurfyWinders came 2nd place but both teams went to deadlock on 35 points!

And Unfortunately it would have been good to end 2019 with a jackpot win but sadly, Pigs In Blankets won to closest to question, and had to chance to play but only got to the 3rd Card in the "Play Your Cards Right" Special Jackpot Game which £71 was to be won.

I like to say a massive thanks to the staff, players and everyone in the White Hart for giving me an opportunity to host your quiz over the last 2 weeks. its a shame i have to go but in a positive its been a pleasure and an honour to have met you all as you've been all lovely all evening and made the good times roll. But don't worry, i'll be back before you know it for some more fun nights and laughter.
