"Answering Machine" Breaks a Winning Streak!

It was another fantastic quiz evening at the Westow House, and it's worth mentioning that the scaffolding outside has been taken down, revealing the beautiful architecture for the first time in over a year! We had a good-sized crowd today, with a nice balance of simple and tricky questions. It was a close race at the top of the scoreboard, with "Answering Machine" claiming victory and breaking "Mother, Mother Ocean"'s winning streak. They even had a 3-point bonus from winning the creative round (but they didn't need it). Our second-to-last bottle of wine went to the very happy team "Pinky & the Brain". No jackpot victory tonight, so the cash rolls over to next week. See you then!
