Well, I have cake and Gerry can have some if he helps us to win

I don't think that's how the quiz works, is it Gerry? You can't be bribed, can you?

Er, well, no of course not. I'm a highly principled quizmaster working within a strict ethical framework, so there's absolutely no way you could buy my help with the promise of cake

But Gerry it's double chocolate cake with extra chocolate on top...?

Gerry faces a moral dilemma, it' real test of his character. In the end, he does the right thing, rules out any bribery, and is rewarded at the end of the quiz with a huge slice of cake.
