What's With All The American Questions?

Being a QM raised in the US; every now and then I get someone, someone who usually isn't doing so well in the quiz, telling me there are too many American questions. Last night we had one if those, she loved the quiz but kept telling us all that this was England and where were the English questions? The amusing and ironic thing was that when the English based questions came she couldn't get the answers to any if them! To her credit; she found that as funny as we did and afterwards she told me it was a great laugh and she'll be coming again. :-D
