I asked everyone for question 14 tonight what a Mexican hot smoked Chilli was called? I noticed the look of bewilderment on most team members faces and sure enough only two out of the five teams we had figured it out. I guess they all need to study Mexican cuisine in greater detail. The question was obviously hotly debated afterwards! :-D
