It’s a new league and what a way to kick it off with teams Edinburgh festival and quislings both topping the league on 10 points each but it was Edinburgh festival who got the tie breaker to win the first quiz of 2020 and get a £100 bar tab, the teams voted for the wine to go to second to last which is where new team Hayhem finished to get the prize in their first quiz. Returning team Muggy Marney has a great run in the play your cards right challenge, they stormed by some awful cards but were denied the cash by the Jack of clubs close to the end. It was the best way to kick off 2020 at the Lighthouse and with 2 teams tied at the top of the league it’s looking like and exciting year
