The Smarty Pints are the smarty pants

One big group of work colleagues and friends split into three teams last night for a fiercely fought and tricky quiz night at the Green Man. At half time it was a dead heat with all three teams on 15 points. Our creative round 'Write a limerick beginning with the line 'There was an Old man from Bath'' produced a variety of rhyming masterpieces and was won by The Mean Gran's Main Man's Gang, who also picked up the second to last prize. But it was the Smarty Pints who lived up to their name and took the first prize after a spectacular second half.
