A fantastic evening at The Grapes, great food paired with great drinks, topped off with great service and challenging quiz. Teams, this evening, focused in and began quizzing liked they’d never quizzed before...

With quite a few prizes up for grabs, free drinks, bar tabs, wine and the jackpot: there was a lot at stake!

First place this evening was a tie breaker, between 2 teams that usually quiz together - the Lush Puppies had split in 2 to become 53 Times around the sun (in celebration of ones birthday!) and Pinocchio has 2 C’s.

In the tie breaking question Pinocchio has 2 C’s took the prize and walked away with the bar tab! A thrilling round to end on.

Newcomers this evening, Thames Momoco, walked away with a bottle of Malbec to celebrate coming 2nd to last place, congratulations!

Our jackpot this evening was chosen by The Northern Monkeys, who unfortunately chose incorrectly, meaning that next week the jakpot will be £110!
