In an exciting quiz tonight, our jackpot was almost won. Paul from the team "Jeff's Here" certainly knew his sports trivia and guessed the jackpot question exactly right, earning him a chance to Play His Cards Right. The whole bar (and his team, of course) were cheering him on, helping him choose higher or lower with each card. But on the final card, he chose higher when he should have gone lower, bringing disappointment to the crowd and meaning the cash jackpot rolls over to next week. At least "Jeff's Here" managed to get the most points in the main quiz, earning them the top prize of a £50 bar tab. Not too bad for a Thursday night!!
