Try Before You Quiz!

Well, it's not a regular thing but a couple of weeks ago, two people came to The Spice Of Life in London's Soho. These people wanted to take part in the regular Tuesday evening quiz which starts at 7pm. They arrived at about ten to eight! By this time the quiz was in full swing, so Quizmaster Richard Linton explained and apologised but let the couple "play along" without paying, just so that they could have an idea of the type of questions that might be asked. Last night they were back, on time and with another couple making up a team of Canadians who although not the winners, said that they had enjoyed their evening and would return. I suppose this is the quiz equivalent of a test drive!
