A Real Shocker!

If you are good at cryptic clues, you might have worked out that the headline refers to a question about electricity. Several teams were stumped by a certain question and quizmaster Richard Linton couldn't give any more clues without giving away the answer, so another question was substituted which all teams understood.
A busy quiz tonight and the last one because The Spice closes the cellar bar for two Tuesdays whilst refurbishment work is carried out. Please check all websites for the reopening Tuesday which is to be 2nd July if all goes according to plan.
"N Y E" was the winning team at the quiz with "Screw On THe Table" in second place and a new team "Boss" third.
Two tie-breaks were needed to sort the final result out but in the end it made no difference to the winning order.
