A great start to 2020 at The Spice of LIfe last night with fifty seven players making up twelve teams battling it out.
Some new faces last night but many teams returning after the holidays and all clearly refreshed!
A lively evening and at the end a double tie-break was necessary to get a clear result. N Y E and Cummy Bears were at the top both teams scoring 34 points whilst 15 Minutes and TBC both scored 33 points.
After a question involving snails and the London Marathon (yes, honestly!), the final line up was a win for N Y E with Cummy Bears in second place whilst TBC was the final team on the winner's podium in third place.
