Put a ring on it! took the honours (and the £40 bar tab) tonight, managing to solve all of the cryptic clues, the anagram, the riddle, the catchphrase and the ditloid in an impressive display of cognitive proficiency. A strong Antipodean turnout resulted in The Sheilas just pipping The Cocks and Fosters for second-to-last and a fine bottle of wine.
