The big hitters all came out for the first quiz of the new term and went head-to-head in another epic battle of intelligence, knowledge and nerve.

"Selhurst Parkers" led that pack at halftime, but couldn't quite sustain the pace in the second half. It left it open for "Roots Hall Heroes" to give it a shot, but alas they came up slightly short this week. "Coalition of Chaos" made a charge but found themselves weighed down by excess team members and lost some points. So in the end, consistency won the day as "Pallet's Mallet" romped to a surprise 2 point victory and swept away the £100 bar tab!
