Everybody’s A Winner!!

This week, an intimate three team quiz went down, which meant, of course, that it was all to play for, with the 2nd place/2nd to last place bottle of wine wide open for all to take!

It was looking pretty close throughout the evening but Selhurst Parkers took home the win - and the £100 bar tab - with a very respectable 44 points..

..Quiztopher Columbus took the 2nd place/2nd to last bottle of wine, not far behind, on 40..

..But the chance to play for the ‘big money jackpot’ of £12 went to Roots Hall Heroes after they won the ‘closest to’ round - with a very close guess of 12,000 - only 472 off - for the number of test runs in Alastair Cook’s test match career!! They won the chance to ‘play their cards right’ - and they did, meaning they went home with the jackpot, and making this week, a week with all winners, and you can’t say fairer than that!
