A Very Close Call

A quiet but rowdy crowd at Richard 1st this Tuesday, 5 teams gathered to take on quiz with the hopes of being champions - with members joining teams half way through to bolster their morale.

Some particularly tricky cryptic tube stations, and someone thinking the Dublin river was the River Guiness, our teams were unsure they were doing well, but the scores were very impressive indeed.

With just 6 points between all teams at the final scores, it was an incredibly close call. A team who hasn't been back to the quiz in quite some time made a triumphant return; We're Torn By The News of Natalie Imbruglia's Pregnancy beat our regulars by just ONE POINT!!

An incredibly fun night, where we learned that every single person recognised the logo for Trojan Condoms...
